New Year Resolutions

It is about that time of the year, where people start bringing up their New Year Resolutions. For those of you who do make resolutions, what are some of them?

A few of mine would be:

  • Get through another semester with perfect grades
  • Move back out east to be closer to my x-wife and daughter
  • Get back into weight lifting – got a little pudgy over the past 6 months
  • Get more involved in software development (hopefully get a nice job in it too)
  • Seek out more business ventures
  • Loosen up around the edges a bit, take a breath and step back at times, look at the bigger picture and not worry about the torn corner I may currently be in

Pretty boring, but who knows, I might add something interesting, like sharing a meal with a polar bear or something 🙂

A little pudgy? A little?!? I seem to remember sitting at a restaurant with you while you downed a whole Giordano’s pizza by yourself :P. Good luck with the grades things, as a full time students I know how hard that can be.

  • Down a whole Giordano’s pizza? If that was the stuffed kind, that’s a hell of a lot of food. I can’t even eat more than 2 slices of that stuff without feeling like I just ate a few lead bricks.

Also, is it safe to assume that it’s really your daughter you want to be near by moving out east? Most people I know tend to want to be far away from their exes…

If you got any good ideas for business ventures and are looking for potential business partners, feel free to drop me a line.

  • Actually my ex and I are pretty close, and hoping to get closer. I had 2 pieces of that pizza that Freddy is talking about. Maybe 3. But I have downed all but 2 pieces of their small at the Giordanos by the college. We can see about some business ventures and take a look at what is out there. I will definitely drop you a line.
